Tea's up! Since World Refugee Day in June 2010, more and more people are hosting a RefuTEA with their friends, family, colleagues and local community. In December 2011, people all over the UK stood up for the rights of refugees on Human Rights Day and now in June this year, RefuTEA events will be returning once more for World Refugee Day, even bigger and better than before! Tea parties are fun, easy to organise and can raise pots! We hope that you’ll accept the challenge and put the kettle on. Easy as one, two, tea. Step one: Register to receive your free host pack by post (or you can download and print extra copies here). Step two: Send out invitations to your guests. You can promote your RefuTEA while collecting donations by hosting your event online at Virgin Money Giving. Step three: Tea! After your event, remember to send us the money you’ve raised with the completed donation form in the host pack. You can also donate to us on our website, by post or over the phone.
